The occupiers starved people to death and shot them for fun.

The entire Kyiv region, which was under temporary Russian occupation, was liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. When Ukrainian troops, journalists, and medics finally entered the cities liberated from the occupiers, what they saw was staggering – the occupiers staged a genocide in Ukraine. The Russians looted people’s homes and caused riots, set fire to houses and cars, starved civilians, tortured, killed and raped them.

In Bucha alone, Kyiv Oblast, the occupiers brutally killed at least 300 civilians.

The Russians imitated the execution of an entire family

The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security told the horrible story of one of the Ukrainians and his family that happened to them in Gavrylivka. The man and his relatives were shot at by Russians as civilians returned home. A miracle saved the man from his wounds, but they did not manage to escape from the enemies. The occupiers grabbed people, undressed everyone and put them against the wall. So they decided to “joke" and imitate the shooting.

According to the victim, the occupiers were drunk. Fortunately, the family survived.

The occupiers shot the car with the family in the cabin

A resident of Zdvizhivka, who survived the Russian occupation and is a living eyewitness to the occupiers’ crimes, said that on the first day, Putin’s military deliberately destroyed our infrastructure: gas, electricity, and repeaters. All this time the occupiers fired at any heat source, targeted mobile phones, cars.

According to her, the shot cars were standing along the road. In one of the cars, an employee of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security examined four unidentified bodies, assuming that it was a family. Also, the occupiers shot a whole family of five “goodbye" in Zdvizhivka itself.

The men were handcuffed and shot

Men and women shot by the occupiers were found in the village of Motyzhyn, Bucha district. The executioners tied up their victims and shot them in the back of the head.

Naked corpses of girls

The bodies of civilians lying under a blanket were found near the highway 20 km from Kyiv. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that these were the bodies of naked girls whom Russian barbarians tried to burn on the side of the road.

Anatoliy Fedoruk, the mayor of the Ukrainian-liberated city of Bucha near Kyiv, said about 300 residents had been killed during the occupation. According to the mayor, the city streets are littered with corpses. Mayor Buchi, quoted by AFP, says people were shot in the back of the head.

Among those killed were children, women and the elderly. The remains of people still lying on the streets, according to the mayor, can be removed only in three or four days. He explained that the sappers have not finished their work in the city yet.

The photos distributed on the Internet by journalists show the remains of civilians, some of them lying in the middle of the road, at the gas station, and so on. Other corpses lying near the cars can be seen burned alive.

Meanwhile, locals with tears in their eyes greet the Ukrainian military, which has finally driven out the occupiers, and believe that the Russians will never return to their cities.
